Ecom Express — mobile phone lost by ecom in transit | |||||
I have given my mobile phone (Samsung s7 edge) to appsyouneed insurance for repair. The phone was picked by ecom express on 30th march 2017 from my residence. After successful repair they have dispatched the phone by ecom express on 13th june vide awb no.[protected]. The phone has not been received till date. I have been calling both the companies (Appsyouneed & ecom express) on daily basis but not getting any positive reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
