Ecom Express — My parcels status are not updated

I ordered 3 books from sapna book stores. And they are coming in 3 separate parcels. Book shop shipped the parcels on 5th october. After 6th october nothing is updated on the website.
I want my delivery urgent and maybe no one is working on my delivery and it is still on bangalore.
Please contact with me. I need urgent help

AWB no is [protected] & [protected] of both the parcels. Please confirm me where it is now... I have paid 2000 rupees for those books which is very precious for a student
