Ecom Express — never received nykaa order after complaint also | |||
This is regarding not delivering the package by ecom express. The package (Awb[protected]) reached at the destination on time still not delivered for the next 7 days. I have ordered a product on the 19th of january and it is supposed to be delivered by the 22nd of january. The product has shown out for delivery but the delivery person never called me and when i called him back multiple times he never bothered to receive my call. When i complained to nykaa they gave the ecom office contact number. When i have tried to reach them by calling the same thing happened to me that they have never received my call.
