Ecom Express — no proper channel for communication | |||||
Hello, I took Vodafone doorstep service, for my two new sims. The funniest thing is that they sent two different OTP SMS for my courier without mentioning the transaction ID. The executive who came to deliver the sims also doesn't know which OTP belong to which trackID. Now I reschedule my Package again just for the OTP confusion. I called twice on the customer care number. but they hung up in the middle knowingly. Was this information helpful? | |||||
