Ecom Express — Non Delivery Of shipment AWB no [protected] | |
I am to get one shipment via Ecom logistic AWB no [protected]. Since 5th July, 21 it showed Out for delivery, wrong address. Biworld is the shipper for this item. In my mobile number field they have prefixed country code as 91 and so last 2 digits of my number got deducted. Now I have sent various complaints to biworld and ecom logistic with full address and correct mobile number. Till date it is not delivered and shows status as RTO locked or RTO lock revoked. Despite giving correct phone and address to both they have cheated me. It was my award from IBM India and I am cheated of it by ecom logistic. Was this information helpful? | |
