Ecom Express — Not attempting delivery and marking the status as "customer refused"

For the kind consideration of ecom express,
We receive very poor service from ecom express in our locality (Pincode: 670741).
The ecom agents are just sitting in the office and marking the shipment as "undelivered as customer refused to accept it".
This is not the first time I'm facing this issue. They are always doing the same. And the products are being returned to seller.
Recently 2 of my products had the same situation AwB : [protected], [protected]
The agents are not considering the customer. They are doing very poor service. Take necessary actions against them as early as possible for not getting this issue again.
This is the message i received few minutes back : Your FLIPKART order AwB [protected] was undelivered as you refused to accept it - ECOM EXPRESS
They don't even give a call and making the status as show above. This is so pathetic.
Hope you would do the necessary as early.
