[Resolved] Ecom Express — not deliver my product | |||
Sir my name is ayush kumar kedia i live in village - sonbarsa raj district - saharsa pincode - 852129 bihar sir my awb number is[protected] sir, i did this order at paytm but so far the order has not been delivered to me. It has taken a long time to deliver delivery. The order expected delivery date was 15 november 2018 but so far my order has not been delivered to me and it is being very delayed sir, i checked my online status, it is telling me in bhagalpur arrived on[protected] that it has reached bhagalpur for more than 3 days, but it has not dispatch yet soand when i call ecomm express's customer care, it is said 24 hours but it is not delivered even within 24 hours.
