Ecom Express — Not delivered a shipment after having made to wait for weeks!

Reference here is to my shipment for e-com Order placed that the consignor - Global Hub - had dispatched through Ecom Express on Jun 4, 2021. The AWB number is[protected].

Their initial response, once it reached their last mile dispatch center in Kottayam, Kerala, on Jun 10, 2021, was they were unable to deliver due to the COVID lockdown in my state then. But strangely other courier services were functioning & I myself having received my shipments from 2 other couriers during that period.

After patiently waiting for a couple of more days, their Customer Care rep called me up requesting to bear with them for some more delay due to their dispatch center being in a containment zone, whereas when later checked their system showed the shipment was out for delivery but unable to deliver due to consignee, myself, having requested for a future delivery!!! The irony over here is my state is still in a Lockdown, partial from today though, so then where else could I have gone than be at my address! I then called up their Customer Care team and lodged a complaint, for which no notifications were received on my mobile. A lapse from my side was not having followed up with them about the status of this complaint, partly also due to not wanting to call them thanks to most of their reps being of no help & clueless on how to act to my concerns reported!!

Finally, what upset me the most was after toying around with me & wasting my time, they had the audacity to flag this shipment as undeliverable due to the customer not available, consequently its consignor having to recall it to hopefully ship it through another much professional courier than Ecom Express!

For this harrowing experience I had with them I will never avail their service ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone!
