Ecom Express — Not getting my product and the status is false | |
I ordered a product from meesho and they shipped the product by ecom express. My tracking number is[protected]. When the product came to the delivery location status showed that the shipment is out for delivery... I was waiting from morning but i didn't got any call from delivery boy.. And the end of the day status shown that consignee requested for future delivery... I didn't even got any call or any prior information... Then how could i tell them for future delivery... I contacted their helping number for clarification.. but they couldn't response. Ecom express making customers fools Was this information helpful? | |
