[Resolved] Ecom Express — Order is not delivered yet | |||
I have ordered an item on 8th of October through Meesho portal and item was reached my location on 9th of October . But till date (26th of October), my order is not delivered.. On tracking, it was showing "Out for delivery, Cannot be delivered" since then and delivery date is keeping on updated till 21st of October .After that no update on delivery date or any thing. I contacted Meesho customer care and I have been told it would be delivered on 22nd of October but noo.. We directly went to ECom Express service center (24 kms far away) from my place, but we have been said that to go to Ecom Service center which is nearer to our location . It seems it was newly started Courier service center.. We went Yesterday, and they didnt have clue on where the item was and they are looking for the item and we have been told it would be delivered by morning 26th of October. But when we called them for update and they are still searching for the item and we have been told it would be reached by evening of 26th of October.. But we didnt receive the item yet. And when we called again for the update at 7PM on the same day, we were told "All Delivery boys left, it would be delivered by tomorrow morning". I wanted to gift the item to one of my friends who came to India from US and she will be leaving in couple of days.. So, I have to courier the item to her location (Vellore) again once I receive the item.. Because of this Pathetic and Worst Courier service, She may return to US by the time I send the gifts... Clearly I explained these things to the Ecom Express Service center guys, but still no progress... It has been almost 20 days to get the item from the place which is just 1km far away from my home but still "NO". I'm really very disappointed with the service ..WORST .WORST.AWFUL. Feb 27, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved It got delivered but It has been almost one month since the item was received at the delivery location.
