Ecom Express — Order stuck at hub | |
I have ordered an product through firstcry and it reached ' walayar hub' on 20th august and there is no movement from there. Everytime when i complaint about this to ecom express they are saying 24 to 48 hours and no update after the mentioned time. Ecom express customer care executives are ending the call with fake expected date and making me wait for weeks.
