Ecom Express — package has been delivered, but i haven't received

Address:vill-mashamari,p.o-paschim gopal nagar,p.s-kulpi,dist-south 24 pgs,, South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, 743351

I've placed an order in club factory on 11/11/2019.in club factory delivered report the status is showing that package has delivered on 15/11/2019. And in ecom site the status report is, product has delivered at diamond harbour location on 15/11/2019. But how is it possible? Because this is not my address. And till now me and of my family hav'nt received any package from ecom.
