Ecom Express — package not delivered (no response from customer support) | |||
Hi team, I a watch from ordered from club factory. The package was about to deliver by ecom express. The status is showing delivered. I raised a complain on 12th dec. Till now no response from ecom c. S team. I called them more than 10 times. Every time they said it will get delivery within two days. But its been more than 45 days. Still no response from them. They are fraud. How can they fool customers like this? My awb no is [protected].. I got this below mention message from ecom service on 10th dec.. I bought a BlueTooth speaker online from taggdigital which was sent from ecomexpress courrier, whose receipt number is: [protected], I still haven't received the parcel but when I check online it shows delivered, about a hundred times Talked to customer service representative but no satisfactory answer is received.
