Ecom Express — PayTm KYC not done

Address:Salua, Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700136

I booked an appointment for PAYTM KYC. However, just on the day of appointment, I got the message saying "Dear Rinkeshwari, We tried but could NOT complete the Wallet Upgrade on behalf of PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK. Please contact [protected]@[protected] - Ecom Express"

It's very urgent to complete the KYC looking at the current pandemic situation.

Today the same thing happened with my husband's KYC request. He too got the same message.
The number [protected] is not working. It just gets disconnected after 10 seconds.

This is really pathetic. Even Video KYC is not working. Need resolution to my complaint ASAP.

The complaint is not for the courier. The complaint is about the PAYTM KYC.
Even after doing the video KYC and agent confirming the video KYC is successfully done, we are receiving the same message from Ecom Express. We are not sure what's going on.
