[Resolved] Ecom Express — Pickup From Seller is Rescheduled Many Times
Recently I Ordered Electronics from reliance digital online portal on 14 december 2020 . when the product is shipped on 15 December 2020 i got SMS on my registered mobile number including details of Courier partner and tracking number. But Still On 18 December 2020 product is not picked up from source hub, when i am tracking it shows that pick up is started and pickup is failed..shipment not ready...again pick is rescheduled...pickup failed...shipment is not ready...again pick is rescheduled...pickup failed...shipment is not ready...that was show that reliance digital is not processing my order...that will definitely increasing delivery time ...and i am not happy with that ...so why reliance digital is delaying order processing...below i attached some proof regarding this situation.
