[Resolved] Ecom Express — product not delivered but showing delivered | |||||
I bought some items from amazon and flip-kart having awb[[protected]] (Ordered on 11th october 18), awb[[protected]] (Ordered on 10th oct 18) respectively. I have got the status as "delivered" for both the orders but actually they have not been delivered yet. Everyday i am trying to contact the delivery person (Mob no - [protected]) and haven't got a single response as of now. How could you change the status as "delivered" of the product without even delivering to the address and without getting the signature? This is disgusting, unethical and worst service ever. Why your delivery executive is so irresponsible and doesn't even bother to pick up the call? Please look into this and resolve the issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
