Ecom Express — Product Not Delivered : OFD Lock Applied | |
Ordered a product which was picked up on 20th May, Reached destination centre on 22nd and went out for delivery on same day and later status was updated saying WRONG ADDRESS even though courier executive didn't even called to enquire if he couldn't find address. And then the same thing was repeated on 23rd & 24th before OFD Lock being applied on 25th as per tracking on PICKRR (the company where shipments was mainly booked). Plus I couldn't even contact ecom customer support or delivery partner. Requesting Ecom express should improve its service and delivery my order as well.
