Ecom Express — product not moving says rescheduled!!.

Ordered an item on club factory on 12th december, on 18th august in club factory site it showed 'item is shipped' with awb number:[[protected]], but while checking ecom express site it shows pickup reschedule from 19th dec to 22 december and there is no movement, till today usually it takes 2 to 3 days for delivery of an item from bengaluru when using other shipping services. Actually it should be delivered on 20th what is the problem with the delivery please send it as soon as possible. It is a gift should be presented to someone on 24th please deliver it as soon as possible...

They keep adding a message that its our for delivery for the past 5 days, however there was not even a single attempt made to deliver the product. I called delivery guy, however he is claiming he is not responsible to server the area.

Please check attached screenshot. The claim that I requested future delivery is false and not true.
