Ecom Express — product of club factory via ecom express redispatch

I have ordered something from club factory with full and correct address. They sent it through ecom. On 7th Nov message has come that they will deliver. But in the evening sent a messege that attempt has been made to deliver but in wrong address and will be re dispatched. No phone call has been made and I also don't have their number to call. Till now they didn't attempt to deliver and call again. Please help.
