[Resolved] Ecom Express — product returned without attempting to deliver | |||
I ordered a mosquito net on Amazon (order no.[protected]and the item was sent through Ecom express (awb[protected]. The delivery boy called and asked me to pick up from his office. I said the order is for home delivery and the item needs to ne delivered to my house. Delivery boy's communication was in an arrogant tone. Subsequently, I kept on getting message that item would be delivered, but nobody called. I kept following up with Amazon and they assured that item would be delivered. To my surprise, now I was informed that item is returned because I refused to accept. I have been waiting for this item more than a week. There was a fumny reason for not delivering like heavy rain/ natural calamity. To my knowledge, there was no such incident on the mentioned day.
