[Resolved] Ecom Express — product undelivered in gangtok area sikkim

This is not the first time i have issues with ecomexpress (Gangtok) they never do any work and give invalid reasons. Please look over this matter. My awb no[protected]. They always say that they don't have any worker to deliver. I got a message your nykaa order awb[protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable.
Please look over the matter.

I received the message for the reverse pickup message from Ecom express but they never called. I'm having a lot of trouble because of it.Its service is worst.
