We have Received the Parcel today(19/03/2021). in the Name of Gaurav Vemulkar. This is a private Workplace. & We keep getting parcels & Samples through couriers. This parcel was not ordered by us & unknowingly our staff has collected the Parcel because the concerned person was out of town & no was unreachable & Paid the Amount as it was COD. We want to return the parcel, but it was not ordered by us we are not able to to schedule the return. I request you to kindly Schedule for Parcel Return & help us with reimbursement for the same. Kindly provide the valid shopping portal details since it was not ordered by us. We don't have any details. And there is no return address mentioned on the parcel also. But in the tracking ID provided by E-com express is showing that it is arrived from Surat.
I hope your Team will be having the details of the wender from where the parcel has been picked up.
Please provide the Details & if you can share the Valid shopping portal we can try to contact them.
