Ecom Express — Refusing doorstep delivery | |
I ordered from myntra and my parcel was shipped via myntra soon it reached my nearest delivery centre but the delivery boy refused for door step delivery and asked me to collect it 1km away. I was not available at home so i requested him to kindly deliver it to my doorstep where my aged mother was waiting with payment in hand.but he still refused and false information of customer refused to accept was uploaded. I was very disappointed and complained via customer service number but no further action was taken and no second delivery attempt was made and today i found that it has been processed for return. I think this is very unfortunate that such incidents take place in today's society. I am very disappointed and would request the authorities to look into this matter. My AWB number is [protected]
