Ecom Express — Regarding Failure of Physical Delivery | |
Dear Team, I ordered Realme Narzo from amazon. I got text as " Dear Customer, your AMAZON "Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ECOM EXPRESS executive Ph: [protected] PIN: 07412" .I called to this number, but it is saying that u have entered wrong pin .Now status of my delivery is showing as Delivered on Thursday, but i havent got any parcel till date on said address.Also no one is responding regarding that .
