Ecom Express — regarding parcel delivery | |||
My name is Sumanta Pal resident of Tripura. I ordered a T-shirt from My Dream Store on 31- august-2019. My order id is AwB [protected]. When I checked the status it shows the parcel reached Agartala on 11-September but still I didn't got any call from Ecom express though i called the service centre of Ecom express 4-5 times every day they ask me to wait for 1 day. But today they told me that my parcel is returned. How is this possible, that without making any contact with me they returned my Parcel. Is this a fraud or what please help me to find out my order.
