Ecom Express — return my myntra products without my permission, harassment from delivery executive and non cooperation, didn't get any call. | |||||
Hi, I got a call on 16th oct 2018 for my myntra products delivery. But there was no one in my home to receive the products so i requested to deliver on next day. The delivery executive behaved so badly and didn't cooperated. Then next day i got messages that products are out for delivery but didn't got any call so i called myntra customer care and they said i get the delivery within a day. On 20th oct 2018 i got a message that the products has been returned as per my request but i didn't request for the return, i didn't refused to take it nor i cancelled the products. Even i didn't got any call from the delivery executive. My myntra account also showed that products has been returned. Seriously this was really very disappointing. I really wanted those products because it was a really good deal. How can they place a return request without my permission and didn't even bother to call. The delivery executive didn't cooperated at all. This is the number from which i got a call on 16th [protected] for the delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||||
