Ecom Express — return of my product without delivery and without my confirmation | |
Order no. Of ecom express.[protected] I have never seen such a worst courier company in my life, actually i have ordered a product from flipkart for urgent requirement i. E., arogya masic massager and the delivery address is work place sbi, manki branch. As the delivery address is work place it is there duty to deliver the product only on working day in office hours but see the foolishness of courier boy the item is out for delivery on sunday (26.11.2017) i have received a call regarding the delivery but i was out of station on sunday and i have promised that i will collect the product on monday then i have called the stupid person mobile no is [protected] continuously from monday to thursday but he was always making false promise and on 30th morning after my call he has informed me that my product was already returned on 28th nov 2017.
