[Resolved] Ecom Express — reverse logistics is not done | |
I have returned a monitor. But they called me and said they have no proper equipments for transporting it on that day and said to reschedule to another day. So as per their request i rescheduled. But they didnt came to pickup again. So the product is remained unpicked up till 1 month and i am not getting the refund amount. So the flipkart saying that it will be refunded only after their pickup but ecom express is not doing their duty. So i am in a big trouble Was this information helpful? | |
