[Resolved] Ecom Express — rto lock for returned laptop | |||||
Laptop was purchased online from Dell and fulfilled via Compuindia.they shipped via ecom express. This was purchased under misleading Ganesha offer so I refused to take delivery and advised courier Ecom expresss to return to sender as I wanted to cancel order. Awb link is https://ecomexpress.in/tracking/?awb_field=[protected]&s= The status has not changed for 5 days in row. Now Compuindia is refusing to refund money as they have not received laptop.
