Ecom Express — rto locked. package not delivered | |
My package ordered through Reliance Digital and shipped through Ecom Express was RTO locked, not sure why the same happened. The package reached my delivery centre but was not never delivered to me. I did not receive any calls from the courier company. Now the tracking page shows the shipment is being returned. Please remove the RTO lock and kindly deliver the product asap.
