Ecom Express — rude service from the company | |||
I ordered from myntra on 1st oct. There were 3 shipments with awb no: [protected], [protected]. There was a problem with the contact no of the person receiving the delivery. So i updated the number with the shopping portal they informed me the update was made from their side and the delivery would be attempted again and to contact ecom express. I tried several times to contact the ecom express, but the executive didnt even hear the problem out and said to contact the shopping portal again, i did that too. Again when i called ecom express today for the update the executive again did the same thing, he didnt even listened to the problem and thanked me for calling them. Out of the 3 shipment, one has already been returned to origin without any re-attempt of delivery or without any attempt to contact and reagrding the remaining two shipment, no effort has been made from the delivery agency to contact me. Without any notice or re attempt they would return the shipement again. Is this the service you are providing! Was this information helpful? | |||
