Ecom Express — Sewing Machine Table | |||
MY AWB NUMBER :[protected] AWB number of previous order: [protected] I'm reporting this issue for the second time since it isn't solved yet. I had ordered a sewing machine table before and the courier facility weren't ready to do a door delivery. This was the exact complaint that I had registered that time: "I had already paid for my order and it's now showing that it reached the courier facility. But they aren't delivering the order and saying that we should go and pick the item from courier facility which is 18 km away from me. They're saying that they don't have a van for delivery. What should I do? Please tell them to deliver the product at my address." After I registered this complaint to both Amazon and Ecom express, customer care executive said that he had reported the issue and will take necessary action so that they'll definitely deliver the package at my doorstep. I believed it and waited for my package. Then the courier facility kept updating the information as 'I requested to delay the delivery' for two days without my permission and after two days, they had also returned the package which was also done without my permission. When I informed this issue again, they said that they'll monitor the package when I order the same product again and I won't face this issue again. I believed them again and ordered the package again. It reached the courier facility and the same issue was happening to me once again. They called me and telling the same that I should pick it up if I need it and they'll return it again if I didn't go and collect the order. I have never experienced such a worst issue regarding my order. I was still requesting to take necessary action again because I need the product. I'm still believed on the service. I'm always available at my home and they weren't even attempting for a delivery. Please take necessary action because I faced it for the second time. They had already wasted lot of my time (1 month) and still doing the same believing that they won't get questioned. I am begging you to please take an action because I had already mailed to [protected]@ecomexpress.in and again faced ignorance. There was not even a single word of reply. The result of my complaint was it's showing as RTO lock today in the ecom express website and returning to seller in amazon website.
