Ecom Express — Shipment delay issues. Wrong status update. | |||||
Hi Team, AWB Number: [protected] | Order ID:[protected]. I have been chasing Ecom Express team since Jun 1st 2021 for delivery of the product but I do not receive any piece of information. Amount is already been paid. Now they have updated the status as "Shipment RTO Lock" on 7th Jun 2021. Amazon or I neither have not cancelled the order and the agent Rohit is irresponsible of handling the customer concern. Request someone to take a look at the request and help delivering the product and also provide strong feedback to agent Rohith. Hope you address this query.
