[Resolved] Ecom Express — shipment not delivered and status updates as wrong address due to which rto lock was applied to my order | |||||
I ordered some stuffs from club factory and on tracking I found that the order reached my town on 6th Dec and an delivery was attempted but they didn't call me the whole day even for asking the address details if it was difficult to find instead they updated the status as wrong address (all my orders are delivered at this address) then I tried contacting them but their number was not reachable, so I had to search for other numbers online and after trying 2-3 numbers the last one responded and that too was of Delhi, there they gave me another number which was of the ecom express Assam branch. The person answering the call spoke politely and said that my order will be delivered the next day (9th Dec) but it was not delivered and so on 10th Dec morning I gave them a call and they said they will deliver it soon but on 10th Dec 1:42p.m. someone from the ecom express office Assam called and said that my order got RTO locked and so I won't get my order instead it will be Returned to origin and I will get my cash back... I contacted them 2-3 times to get my order delivered and still it's going back, and then they ask me to reorder it. I needed those things now urgently and even after reaching so close it was going back due to their carelessness. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have been tracking of my product for last three days, it was in the same place it wasn't moving.Very worst courier service.

Worst courier service. I have ordered items from hopscotch but from 5days...no one from ecom express called me and no information provided from them even contact number also. And now status was showing like "lock applied".How careless ecomexpress is?? Your given phone numbers helpline numbers are always in switched off mode. How u cheating people without giving any contact info?? Such a worst courier service ever faced.
