Ecom Express — Shipment not delivered, but status shows as delivered. | |||
Date of Incident : 30th April 2021 Description : The shipment details shows as Delivered in both the Vendor Site (AMAZON) and in ECOM Express portal. The deliver person called and enquired the details of the address and we shared the landmark information and the route to reach our address. He confirmed that he will reach and call. While waiting for the delivery person's call, we got messages / update from vendor site that the shipment has been delivered. tried calling back to the same contact number, but the call went to ECOM Express IVR. called and raised a complaint in Customer Service Center. got response that we need to wait for 72 hours. till then customer will not be intimated on the progress. No option to raise an escalation / speak to supervisor / person inchage to handle escalations. Was this information helpful? | |||
