Ecom Express — Shipment not delivered timely | |||
I ordered online from amazon the delivery man came to my residence (a bunglow in Ahmedabad) but he did not call or try in whotsoever manner to contact anybody in the residence . He just mentioned not available. Currently in covid time all o[censored]s at home so it is not possible that nobody is available to take the shipment. There is unnecessary harrassment of rescheduling the delivery and so on. This has happened just with your company.
