[Resolved] Ecom Express — shipment returned without even attempting for delivery | |||
I bought a sling bag from club factory on June 14... They send it on Ecom express courier service...It was out for delivery on 24 june...But till now I haven't received it...The actual delivery date was on July 2nd...So, I called the customer service, they assured me that the parcel will be delivered on that day itself...2 times I called them...they gave me the same response... But now when I tracked my parcel, it is saying that consignee not available so the parcel is returned... How can this be possible when I was there in my house itself for the past one week...Also that delivery boy didn't contact me for atleast a single time...
