[Resolved] Ecom Express — shipment rto lock | |||
I am new seller on snapdeal and recently stsrted my bussiness. I got 4 Orders in last 2 days ans I sheduled my all orders to pickup with ecom express. Till 4 days they resheduled my pickups and now they marked some of Shipment RTO Lock and others are getting resheduled. No one even called me and no one came to me for pickup. Here are the AWB No of 4 shipments :- [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I am totally unsatisfied with Ecom Services. Also called consumer care so many time but no response. Now only one step remained for me to takelegal action aginst Ecom Express because I am getting fined because of late shipment from snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||

My shipment from first cry is RTO locked and it isn't possible as I am home from last 22 days and my AWB no is [protected]. Please resolve the issue.
