Ecom Express — Shipping delivery delay and no proper contact channel | |||
My tacking number [protected]. the parcel reached destination place on 11th Nov 2021 itself. But later it was changed that it reached only on 13th Nov 2021. Ecom express always do the same. i experienced same problem some years back at least at that time they call me and asked to collect the parcel. If they can't deliver to a particular location why they accept the shipping.My shipment is from flipkart. Still the parcel not delivered. Customer care is only one number and it always say all executives busy. fortunately once i reached ecom express customer care and they told me problem will be resolved in 48 hrs.Nothing happened. My scheduled delivery according to ecom express is 11th Nov 2021. Repeated insufficient service from ecom express. Was this information helpful? | |||
