[Resolved] Ecom Express — ShopClues Order | |||
I filed a compaint in shopclues site the moment I paid for my order when I realised that by mistake I have selected the wrong state from the drop down list for my billing address, it has to to be Uttarakhand not Kranataka. Rest all the address is correct and moreover my shipping address was correct even before but I dont know why it is only picking the billing address. And then today morning I received a mail from ShopClues that my complaint has been processed and completed, but just now I received another mail that order has been shipped through ECOM and teh shipment adress it is again showing as Karnataka, instead o[censored]ttarakhand Was this information helpful? | |||
