Ecom Express — Staff behaviour

I ordered a book from amazon and was sent to me (Tracking id[protected]. The courier boy who came to deliver was very ill mannered. The address in the shipment is of a office on the second floor. First the delivery boy asked me to come down on the road to take the delivery. When i refused, saying that he has to come up and give the delivery on the address on the package, he behaved very rudely and said if i want the package i must come on road else he will not deliver it.

When i told him if he does not deliver to the address, i will complain, he again misbehaved saying me not to threaten him about complaints. Finally he did come up to give the delivery but he again was very rude and created a scene at the office premises using uncivilized language. This kind of behavior is intolerable from any professional company.

I am making the complaint with amazon asking them not to send me any consignment from ecom express in future.
