[Resolved] Ecom Express — Status is "out for delivery" about 2 weeks ago but In reality I did not received my courier | |||
Dear sir/ mam I Purchased an item from bewakoof that received 2 weeks before to my nearest ecom hub, And It was out for delivery... but in tracker it shows that "Consignee requested for future delivery" ... even I did received call from ecom delivery boy, i said the route to my home and he said he'll come in 15 mins and then he updates the status as customer not available .. I tried to call him but system says that my pin is wrong Wrong update given by delivery executive Date of incident : 13/06/2021 Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 14, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Nobody calls me or mailed me but the complaint status is also marked as resolved, i thought the ecom is the only one worst in service for the customer look like this portal also looks worst Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
