Ecom Express — The delivery system is horrible | |||
I've made my order on nykaa on 23rd july 2020 and today is 31st of july still i haven't received my order, my order reached bangalore yelahanka and the delivery boy also received my order and reached me on 25th of july but he took it back because otp wasn't generating in my phone. I've called up customer care service (Which is again horrible) so many times. I got my otp on 27th of july, i've called up delivery boy he was very rude to me. I have called up customer care soo many times they say that i'll get my order today please wait, but still i haven't received my order and the customer service team has given me wrong number of the delivery boy. This delivery service really pathetic. Today is 31st of july and i still haven't received my order Was this information helpful? | |||
