Ecom Express — They aren't answering a single call | |||
I ordered something from Amazon item is out for delivery but i didn't get any msg then i waited for the call of delivery boy and i got the call at 7 pm an he is asking me to come 1 km from my location to take the delivery when i denied he said he will deliver it tomorrow afternoon but at that time still i am waited for call but no calls then i tried to call but no one is forwarding my call also Is this service which is provided by e-com? They updated fake status of undelivered cause of payment related issue and coustomer declined and all updates
