Ecom Express — Unable to track shipment

I ordered a grinder on flipkart on June 23rd. It was shipped on 25th and i recieved an SMS and a notification showing that EcomExpress is the shipper with the tracking ID starting with FDSP. When i enter the ID into the EcomExpress website to track my parcel, i get an error stating that the AWB number is invalid.
It has been a week since the parcel has shipped and still no update on the parcel nor the link.
It is really frustrating to not be able to track my shipment.
