Ecom Express — Unprofessional way in approaching the customer | |||
I had ordered few products from Nykaa and the parcel was suppose to get delivered today 02.07.2021 which was on time. The ecom express executive contacted me and I directed him to my place. Since it is a door to door step delivery I had expected him to deliver to my house. To make it easy for him I had sent someone down my building to receive the parcel..Upon reaching he called me in my number and in a very unprofessional and rude way he had asked me for the OTP which did not seem pleasant to me at all.
