[Resolved] Ecom Express — very disappointed service | |||||
I have return parcels of zipker.com .Which I have to give return pick-up. So as on 30 june I got msg that your pick up first attempt id done but on response. So I called in ecom express customer service to check what was thr reason behind my pick up not done. Even I not got any call or msg from courier boy. And they said address was not properly to not able to pick up the parcel. They said request again for reverse pick-up. So again I request for reverse pick-up . So as on 4th july I check while online tracking via order number[protected]. My courier was register on there desk . Again I personally went at the courier hub and submitted my reverse parcel to them and I got reverse pick-up sheet from them. Now again after 2hr I got msg that your pick up first attempt is not done. How is it possible? I personally went at ecom express hub, Which is located in Dhankawadi pune near bharti hospital. How can they say that my pick-up not done. Even I have reverse pick-up sheet. I have given the attachment screenshot of msg from ecom express as well as reverse pick-up sheet.
