Ecom Express — watch, awb: [protected] | |||
I ordered a watch through snapdeal on 29th september and it was supposed to deliver on 7th october. On that day delivery boy of ecom express called at 8:24p. M and told he was at burrabazar area and due to heavy traffic jam he won't be able to deliver on that day, he would deliver it next morning that is on 8th october. Since then i didn't receive my product inspite of contact with snapdeal and ecom express both, each time they gave assurances that it will be delivered in next 24hrs. But it's 19th october, till date the product is not still delivered and ecom express status is showing that the product is rto lock. Now what to do??? I want my product?
