Ecom Express — Worst & late delivery | |||||
Firstly i request this amazon not to give ecom express the job of delivering the goods. This 7th time i received my pack very lately. They always show the status as out for delivery when we track it. But by the end of the day they will update the status as "delay in delivery due to external factors". For almost 5 to 7 days these people will send the pack out side and again keep the status as "delay in delivery due to external factors" and if we ask the courier boys they will say that the door was closed (But on that day i was at home). They even dint reach me on my number. 5times i asked the courier boys all the courier boys told the same reason as door closed. Always the same reason (Inspite of not calling me). I asked one courier boy u dint even called me there was no answer from the boy. He just smiled and left. This is the way both the management and delivery boys play with the customers. This is not one time they repeat this every time i get the courier through ecomexpress. I sincerely request amazon not to give ecomexpress courier services to deliver the goods from amazon.
