[Resolved] Ecom Express — wrong parcel delivered | |||
Dated: 13.04.2019 My brother received a parcel from amazon delivered by ecom express, the parcel costs ₹15.00. My brother gave the money and took the parcel on behalf of me. On returning home i found out that the parcel delivered does not belong to me. The name mentioned is my name only but the phone number and address mentioned is not my. I tried contacting the delivery boy, he says that as i have opened the product he cannot do anything and added to contact the amazon company, so i did the same but amazon said that they also can't do anything because they don't know the account from which the order has been placed they also added that to contact ecom express. The delivery boy name is dipankar banik. I also tried contacting the given number on the parcel but it says that the number is invalid. Please do something. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is a Sony 32000 mAh power bank and i was not change my any 2 Mobil phone so plz return this product and refund my money 849 rupee your service is not good i am very disappointed this product is very chip you have to return my cash on delivery order my cash amount refund me quickly i am not satisfied your product delivery and service
